Remanufacturing means a complete teardown and rebuild to the original spec — not a wipe-down and a fresh belt. It is how a $12,000-class commercial treadmill ends up on our site for $5,099, with a warranty.

    Every incoming machine is logged, load-tested and inspected against the manufacturer’s spec sheet.

    Complete disassembly

    Frames are stripped to bare metal. Consoles, motors and drive systems come off for individual testing.

    Frames are media-blasted and re-coated in a durable powder finish — or a custom color if you order it.

    New wear parts

    Belts, decks, bearings, rollers, grips, pedals and batteries are replaced; anything past 25% wear goes in the bin.

    Electronics tested

    Consoles, boards and sensors are bench-tested, then the finished machine runs a full burn-in cycle.
