The BioStep’s fluid, elliptical motion is forgiving on the knees, ankles, hip and lower back... a natural closed-chain low-impact functional exercise. The BioStep reduces joint impact because the user is not required to lift and strike their feet on the walking surface. By combining lower extremity motion with upper body, the BioStep provides a total body workout in both forward and reverse directions, thereby involving different muscle groups. The low-impact elliptical motion of the BioStep reduces the jarring impact often associated with the stop-start motion so common with other recumbent steppers. The BioStep motion also helps strengthen the muscles important to maintaining function; those muscles specifically associated with mobility, walking and balance. BioStep incorporates both the upper and lower extremities into the cycling motion; users experience less local muscle fatigue. This allows similar heart rates to be achieved at lower rates of perceived exertion when compared to traditional exercise ergometers.

Commercial gym equipment ships by palletized liftgate freight, not parcel — and standard freight is free to any address in the continental United States.

Delivery options

Standard liftgate freight — free. The carrier lowers the crate to your curb, garage or loading dock with a liftgate; you move the equipment inside.
White-glove delivery & installation — $350 per machine. Our crew places, assembles, levels and tests the equipment, then removes all packaging.
Warehouse pickup — free from our Boca Raton, FL warehouse.

Handling & transit

Orders are handled in 1–3 business days and spend 3–7 business days in transit, so equipment typically arrives within 4–10 business days. Orders placed before1:00 PM ET on a business day enter the same-day handling queue. Custom powder-coat or upholstery finishes add lead time, confirmed before dispatch. You'll receive tracking and a scheduled delivery window once your equipment ships.

Title and risk pass to you on delivery. Inspect the crate and note any damage on the driver's receipt before signing, then email photos within 24 hours. Undamaged equipment can be returned within 30 days — see Returns & Refunds.
