The 625A is designed to concentrate on the lower body; this cross trainer is popular with facilities looking to provide variety for their users. The versatility of the 625A Arc Trainer means that a single unit can satisfy a diverse range of user needs and desires.

Research shows that the Cybex Arc Trainer burns more calories than any other cross trainer or elliptical cross trainer tested. It engages the right muscles ’ quads and glutes ’ that demand lots of energy from the body when they are called upon to work. That means big calorie burn. And because the Arc Trainer is demanding on the muscles ’ not the joints, it can be used longer without putting a strain on the knees, hip or back.

The Cybex Arc Trainer offers broad incline and resistance ranges which means it is really three machines in one. At the lower incline levels, the ’glide’ is a cross-country skier. In the mid-range levels, the motion is a ’stride’ (like an elliptical except with proper positioning). At the high levels, the ’climb’ of a stepper or climber. Glide, Stride, and Climb. Also lots of workout programs make the Arc Trainer fun to use.

Commercial gym equipment ships by palletized liftgate freight, not parcel — and standard freight is free to any address in the continental United States.

Delivery options

Standard liftgate freight — free. The carrier lowers the crate to your curb, garage or loading dock with a liftgate; you move the equipment inside.
White-glove delivery & installation — $350 per machine. Our crew places, assembles, levels and tests the equipment, then removes all packaging.
Warehouse pickup — free from our Boca Raton, FL warehouse.

Handling & transit

Orders are handled in 1–3 business days and spend 3–7 business days in transit, so equipment typically arrives within 4–10 business days. Orders placed before1:00 PM ET on a business day enter the same-day handling queue. Custom powder-coat or upholstery finishes add lead time, confirmed before dispatch. You'll receive tracking and a scheduled delivery window once your equipment ships.

Title and risk pass to you on delivery. Inspect the crate and note any damage on the driver's receipt before signing, then email photos within 24 hours. Undamaged equipment can be returned within 30 days — see Returns & Refunds.
