IMPORTANT: Ceiling Height Requirements: Generally, the user will be up to 33" to 36" taller than their actual height on revolving staircase / stepmill units. 8' ceilings (standard in homes) will rarely work. Commercial gym equipment ships by palletized liftgate freight, not parcel — and standard freight is free to any address in the continental United States.

Delivery options

Standard liftgate freight — free. The carrier lowers the crate to your curb, garage or loading dock with a liftgate; you move the equipment inside.
White-glove delivery & installation — $350 per machine. Our crew places, assembles, levels and tests the equipment, then removes all packaging.
Warehouse pickup — free from our Boca Raton, FL warehouse.

Handling & transit

Orders are handled in 1–3 business days and spend 3–7 business days in transit, so equipment typically arrives within 4–10 business days. Orders placed before1:00 PM ET on a business day enter the same-day handling queue. Custom powder-coat or upholstery finishes add lead time, confirmed before dispatch. You'll receive tracking and a scheduled delivery window once your equipment ships.
