NuStep, Inc. is proud to introduce the T5 Recumbent Cross Trainer, the product of a four-year collaborative effort that drew on the expertise of exercise physiologists, ergonomic specialists and our customers. The T5 is a mid-level model that offers many of our latest NuStep innovations, including new features and adjustments designed to offer the benefits of life transforming exercise to patients, clients, club members, and home users alike.

Included Standard Power Adapter

This remanufactured NuStep T5 includes a compatible NuStep AC/DC adapter with universal input and 15 VDC / 1.0 A output (NuStep SKU 51868, or a manufacturer-approved current replacement). The unit uses an internal 12 V battery; keep the adapter with the machine so a low or fully discharged battery can be charged and the display recovered.

If the display shows “Low Battery” or will not wake after rapid stepping, connect the included adapter at the front of the unit near the floor. Optional accessories are not included unless specifically listed on the order.

Commercial gym equipment ships by palletized liftgate freight, not parcel — and standard freight is free to any address in the continental United States.

Delivery options

Standard liftgate freight — free. The carrier lowers the crate to your curb, garage or loading dock with a liftgate; you move the equipment inside.
White-glove delivery & installation — $350 per machine. Our crew places, assembles, levels and tests the equipment, then removes all packaging.
Warehouse pickup — free from our Boca Raton, FL warehouse.

Handling & transit

Orders are handled in 1–3 business days and spend 3–7 business days in transit, so equipment typically arrives within 4–10 business days. Orders placed before1:00 PM ET on a business day enter the same-day handling queue. Custom powder-coat or upholstery finishes add lead time, confirmed before dispatch. You'll receive tracking and a scheduled delivery window once your equipment ships.

Title and risk pass to you on delivery. Inspect the crate and note any damage on the driver's receipt before signing, then email photos within 24 hours. Undamaged equipment can be returned within 30 days — see Returns & Refunds.
