The Precor EFX 556i Elliptical Fitness Crosstrainer delivers highly effective cross training and a total-body workout. The ramp incline is optimally set at 20 degrees to deliver the widest range of movement to the lower body and, combined with moving handlebars, provides a total-body workout. Precor revolutionized the fitness industry in 1995 when it introduced the first elliptical trainer, the Precor EFX.

The Precor EFX was a success because it was the first equipment to deliver a minimal-impact cardiovascular workout. Even better, the EFX provided a highly effective cross-training workout, perfect for all kinds of users, from beginning exercisers to elite athletes. Every Precor EFX perfectly matches the natural motion of walking or running. Exercising on a Precor EFX is so smooth, your workout will actually feel easier. Commercial gym equipment ships by palletized liftgate freight, not parcel — and standard freight is free to any address in the continental United States.

Delivery options

Standard liftgate freight — free. The carrier lowers the crate to your curb, garage or loading dock with a liftgate; you move the equipment inside.
White-glove delivery & installation — $350 per machine. Our crew places, assembles, levels and tests the equipment, then removes all packaging.
Warehouse pickup — free from our Boca Raton, FL warehouse.

Handling & transit

Orders are handled in 1–3 business days and spend 3–7 business days in transit, so equipment typically arrives within 4–10 business days. Orders placed before1:00 PM ET on a business day enter the same-day handling queue. Custom powder-coat or upholstery finishes add lead time, confirmed before dispatch. You'll receive tracking and a scheduled delivery window once your equipment ships.

Title and risk pass to you on delivery. Inspect the crate and note any damage on the driver's receipt before signing, then email photos within 24 hours. Undamaged equipment can be returned within 30 days — see Returns & Refunds.
