The ROM 4 Minute Workout Crosstrainer Time Machine is a unique full-body cross-training machine designed to combine upper- and lower-body movement through an extended range of motion. Its unique linkage system automatically adjusts resistance throughout each stroke, creating a challenging workout that engages multiple major muscle groups simultaneously.
The machine is commonly associated with short, high-intensity training sessions. Workout duration, intensity, and results will vary based on the user's fitness level, effort, and training program.
The extended movement pattern encourages users to work through a large range of motion while performing coordinated pushing, pulling, and leg movements. This allows users to perform coordinated upper- and lower-body movement while combining pushing, pulling, and leg movements within a single workout session.
Each unit is professionally remanufactured and inspected before shipment to help ensure proper operation and performance.
