There must be some reason why they call the 825 ’True’. Maybe it’s the 825’s heavy-gauge steel frame, or the extra-wide 20" self-lubricating running surface. Perhaps it’s the powerful 5 HP, brush less, S-drive servo motor that will keep going over the long-run. Maybe it’s because the 825 is available at a fraction of the cost of other treadmills on the market. Whatever it is, you’ll likely enjoy your time on this 500 lb. capacity machine with long-lasting structural integrity and built-in safety features. But the 825 has its softer side, too, including a touch-sensitive control panel mounted in front of you for your data needs. At 74"L x 30"W x 56"H, the True Treadmill will squeeze into just about any room, office, or personal training studio. These durable features probably explain why the 825 has been a nationwide favorite (manufactured in the heartland of St. Louis, MO) for users and owners.

Commercial gym equipment ships by palletized liftgate freight, not parcel — and standard freight is free to any address in the continental United States.

Delivery options

Standard liftgate freight — free. The carrier lowers the crate to your curb, garage or loading dock with a liftgate; you move the equipment inside.
White-glove delivery & installation — $350 per machine. Our crew places, assembles, levels and tests the equipment, then removes all packaging.
Warehouse pickup — free from our Boca Raton, FL warehouse.

Handling & transit

Orders are handled in 1–3 business days and spend 3–7 business days in transit, so equipment typically arrives within 4–10 business days. Orders placed before1:00 PM ET on a business day enter the same-day handling queue. Custom powder-coat or upholstery finishes add lead time, confirmed before dispatch. You'll receive tracking and a scheduled delivery window once your equipment ships.

Title and risk pass to you on delivery. Inspect the crate and note any damage on the driver's receipt before signing, then email photos within 24 hours. Undamaged equipment can be returned within 30 days — see Returns & Refunds.
