The Arc Trainer is a versatile alternative motion cross-trainer that appeals to a wide range of exercisers. The 21 incline levels allow users to choose the type of workout they prefer and the different muscle groups that they want to work. The Arc Trainer is truly a 3-in-1 cardio machine. The wide incline range gives exercisers the ability to glide (lower inclines), stride (medium inclines), or climb (higher inclines).

Users can also choose between long cardio workouts, short bursts during interval training, or workouts focused on building power and strength. Fitness facilities have several console options to choose from. They range from simple and intuitive, to entertainment rich and engaging.

The lower-body version has moving arms that allow exercisers to focus on power, HIIT training and calorie burn.

Commercial gym equipment ships by palletized liftgate freight, not parcel — and standard freight is free to any address in the continental United States.

Delivery options

Standard liftgate freight — free. The carrier lowers the crate to your curb, garage or loading dock with a liftgate; you move the equipment inside.
White-glove delivery & installation — $350 per machine. Our crew places, assembles, levels and tests the equipment, then removes all packaging.
Warehouse pickup — free from our Boca Raton, FL warehouse.

Handling & transit

Orders are handled in 1–3 business days and spend 3–7 business days in transit, so equipment typically arrives within 4–10 business days. Orders placed before1:00 PM ET on a business day enter the same-day handling queue. Custom powder-coat or upholstery finishes add lead time, confirmed before dispatch. You'll receive tracking and a scheduled delivery window once your equipment ships.

Title and risk pass to you on delivery. Inspect the crate and note any damage on the driver's receipt before signing, then email photos within 24 hours. Undamaged equipment can be returned within 30 days — see Returns & Refunds.
