The PneuWeight Unweighting System allows patients to perform therapeutic activities in an upright, functional position without altering gait patterns in a safe and secure environment for both client and practitioner.

It can easily support weights over 300 lbs. and can be used to lift patients who otherwise are not able to lift themselves. The equipment takes a patient's body weight off but allows the patient to walk and move freely. Its ability to remove pressure from the spine is equivalent to having patients doing pool exercises. We combine this with a treadmill enable patients to do strengthening and muscle building activities. The added security of the unweighted treadmill prevents potential falls and injuries by catching a patient even if they were to stumble. This makes it perfect for elderly patients as well as patients with gait or balance issues.

Commercial gym equipment ships by palletized liftgate freight, not parcel — and standard freight is free to any address in the continental United States.

Delivery options

Standard liftgate freight — free. The carrier lowers the crate to your curb, garage or loading dock with a liftgate; you move the equipment inside.
White-glove delivery & installation — $350 per machine. Our crew places, assembles, levels and tests the equipment, then removes all packaging.
Warehouse pickup — free from our Boca Raton, FL warehouse.

Handling & transit

Orders are handled in 1–3 business days and spend 3–7 business days in transit, so equipment typically arrives within 4–10 business days. Orders placed before1:00 PM ET on a business day enter the same-day handling queue. Custom powder-coat or upholstery finishes add lead time, confirmed before dispatch. You'll receive tracking and a scheduled delivery window once your equipment ships.

Title and risk pass to you on delivery. Inspect the crate and note any damage on the driver's receipt before signing, then email photos within 24 hours. Undamaged equipment can be returned within 30 days — see Returns & Refunds.
