Power Plate MOVE vs Pro7/My7
The Power Plate MOVE and the Pro7 models offer distinct features primarily due to their design and intended use. The MOVE, designed for home use and portability, is more compact and lighter, featuring a single motor. Despite having a single motor, it delivers the same frequency (30-40 Hz) and amplitude as the My7 model.
In contrast, the Pro7 is a larger, heavier commercial-grade machine, allowing for more aggressive training. It boasts a wider frequency range of 25-50 Hz, catering to a broader spectrum of workout intensities. Both the My7 and Pro7 models also include integrated video screens and Promotion cables, features not available on the MOVE.
