Power Plate Move - Silver

The MOVE's columnless base has been designed to save as much space as possible without compromising an inch of performance. More powerful than the Personal Power Plate, the MOVE is light enough to be moved from room to room, but study enough to support a full 300lbs.

With 6 variable frequency modes, the MOVE covers a wide range of functionality. Whether you want to boost recovery with a relaxing massage or amplify a sweat-inducing workout, the MOVE is efficient and effective no matter how you choose to use it.

The MOVE's controls are simple and intuitive with large, easy-to-understand buttons and a digital timer, which has been designed to count up to a full 9 minutes continuously, so all you need to do is press play to get things started.

Power Plate MOVE vs Pro7/My7

The Power Plate MOVE and the Pro7 models offer distinct features primarily due to their design and intended use. The MOVE, designed for home use and portability, is more compact and lighter, featuring a single motor. Despite having a single motor, it delivers the same frequency (30-40 Hz) and amplitude as the My7 model.

In contrast, the Pro7 is a larger, heavier commercial-grade machine, allowing for more aggressive training. It boasts a wider frequency range of 25-50 Hz, catering to a broader spectrum of workout intensities. Both the My7 and Pro7 models also include integrated video screens and Promotion cables, features not available on the MOVE.

While the number of motors and overall size differ, the quality and strength of the vibration are consistent across all models. The MOVE's primary advantage lies in its space-efficient design, portability, and lower cost, making it an ideal choice for personal use.
